Newsletter Vol. 45 • Integration: Finding Your Balance ~ Zero Point & Wholeness

Jenny and I, along with our Team, send you our love and deep respect for your individually unique and amazing journey.

The Ho'oponopono prayer (a Hawaiian healing modality) which repeats the mantra of "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you, and thank you" is about acknowledging that all aspects are part of us. All aspects within us, and those that come into our lives as reflections of ourselves. Because whether they love us or hurt us, we are always there in that experience.

Our service, the esoteric and wellness world overall, place a great emphasis on 'healing'. It is absolutely essential for those that have undiscovered and untreated wounds, trauma, or shadow aspects to reveal. However, we must remember that healing is just the start. The true esoteric healing is not the closing of the wounds but in identifying where the origin lies. To connect to those aspects of us that have not been accepted, acknowledged, and ultimately 'integrated'. Otherwise, we perpetuate the narrative of 'healing' which will always require for something to be wrong with us, like how some hospitals keep 'treating' their patients instead of intending to truly 'cure' them.

But what does it really mean to "integrate"? Isn't healing about getting rid of those aspects of us that cause dis-ease, blockages, and stifle us from living a happy and abundant life in peace? To live in "love and light" and all that good stuff? The deeper truth of this question is that those aspects that we call "the shadow" never goes away. Because as long as we are made of light, there will always be shade. Integration is to find the "zero point", the center where all things conceive. It is about finding the balance where sovereignty operates from. To fully accept all aspects of yourself as a whole Self.

It is tempting to want to shun the shadow side of ourselves. It is a knee jerk reaction sometimes to simply resist. It also feels very real and vividly feels like it is your entire reality and where you are at (regressed) when you are in that polarity. But the stark reminder is that our lives will always have the ebb and flow needing cause to create effect. The rise and dip of our spiral of life is the movement of energy of our being. Yes, detachment is good and places us in the state of unconditional love, observant and objective, but there is a time to be attached, also. Sure, codependence is not aligned with our sovereign nature, and yet that contrast must be there for us to be made aware of the other.  There is time to connect, and there is time to isolate. There is time to be joyful, and there is time to be in sorrow or even be angry.

We learn and grow, always striving to ascend and to thrive in love and light. But it is the dip, the friction, the exposure to our darker side that allows us to get there.

To be aware of the loving or confident aspects as well as our mean and insecure aspects and yet consciously choosing to project one or the other is what a state of sovereignty really is.  And when the shadow aspects of us (or our loved ones) arise, the best way to serve ourselves and others is by giving it full empathy to listen, understand, and give love and respect. It is the denial of its value or suppression that is asking to be "healed".

An enlightened state is the awareness of the aspects of our being on both sides of our polarities of light and shade.

And, the state of sovereignty is not about control, but about maintaining balance, or aligning ourselves to the Zero Point which consequently is the integrated state. And that makes us whole.

If you've had your share of trials and tribulations, know that the tide is shifting and that momentum always creates the upward movement. And if you feel like you've been in the shade all your life, then your "shadow work" is about accepting, acknowledging and integrating your Light.  Darker the shadow, the brighter the light.

“I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you, and thank you…”

As you approach the closure of 2021, may you align with your Zero Point of Divine balance in your Self Center.
