Dear Soul Family & Friends,

We send you greetings with love and respect to your being and journey! As always, we trust that your journey is leading you to the answers, solution, awareness, and clarity that you need to step into your authentic path and purpose.

As the Grand Conjunction approaches on December 21st, 2020, we are guided to reflect on our journey and the intentions we've set at the beginning of the year (whether conscious or not). I myself have been going through a profound shift in which I was guided to do exactly what the message has been given in the past newsletter titled "Tear It All Down" and the recurring message about dying to our old selves in order for the transformation to fully take place. I saw that I was holding one hand out to receive the 'new' as the other hand was still holding onto the 'old'. And the Spirit has shown me that I needed to hold out with both hands in order to be able to receive the abundance of the new.

Jenny and I are being called to serve with full clarity and embodiment of love to assist the world with healing, guidance, and self empowerment. And this guided us to put all that 'was' behind us with all of the struggles, pain, and fear as well as blessings, gratitude, and joy in its entirety to be released and for the Universe to transmute it to the next phase. To surrender all...

We pray that each and every one of you can come to a place of complete peace with what this year presented for you so that you can clear the slate to welcome the new year and perhaps the new decade, with a solid trajectory and clarity of vision.

Reflect, Reset, & Rest ~ How are you ending your 2020?

As you prepare to make your transition into 2021, this is a great time for you to reflect on what this year meant for you. You have some time left in 2020 to still apply the old rates.

The new rates are as follows:

Hourly rate: OLD - $100 → NEW - $150

2 Hour Sessions: OLD - $150 → NEW - $250

Couples Sessions (3 Hours): OLD - $250 → NEW - $400

Group Readings (NEW): $50/person (minimum 5 seating)

Coaching Program (4 x 1 hour sessions): OLD - $350 → NEW - $550

Follow Up Email Readings: OLD - $60 → NEW - $80

Corporate/Business Readings (2 hours): OLD - $350 → NEW - $500

I am now starting a Youtube series for the "Marketplace" where I introduce products, talents, and services that I had firsthand experience with that adds great value to our mind, body, and soul.

The 1st episode is on Matcha green tea which is considered to be the mother of all green teas. I've had the great privilege of representing this product as the Director of Sales for a company called, Aiya.

Since 1888, Aiya has remained a family business that manufactures Matcha green tea that dominates the market in the food industry as well as in the tea industry.

Although Matcha is originally known for ceremonial uses, it has been recognized in the superfood category all over the world for its whole food context containing high amounts of antioxidant, fiber, and other health benefits for diabetes, heart disease, and even cancer prevention.

The farmers shade grow the tea to make it more soft and handpick only the softest ones on top to ground them into fine powder with granite mills, essentially consuming the whole tea leaf which gives you both the soluble and insoluble nutrients that steeped tea cannot provide.

Also, because Matcha contains an amino acid, L-Theanine (helps with mood cognition), when combined with the caffeine of the tea, it gives you a "calm alertness" effect without the jittery and also a soft landing with no crashing feeling like coffee often does. This, along with its beautiful tradition and very zen way of preparation, is most likely why the Buddhist monks drink Matcha before their meditation (it greatly enhances mine!).

On top of its functionality, Matcha is also known as an exotic food ingredient, adding great color and flavor profile to smoothies, cookies, chocolates, and ice cream.

I highly recommend you exploring Matcha green tea and its multifaceted beauty and value.
